This California Privacy Notice supplements the information contained in our Privacy Policy and applies solely to consumers who reside in the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). This notice is provided to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and other California privacy laws. Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.
Information We Collect
Categories of Personal Information
We have collected the following categories of personal information from consumers within the last twelve (12) months: identifiers (e.g., name, email address, postal address, IP address); commercial information (e.g., products purchased, order history); internet activity (e.g., browsing history, search history); and inferences drawn from the above information to create a profile about consumer preferences.
Sources of Personal Information
We obtain the categories of personal information listed above from: directly from you (e.g., forms you complete, products you purchase); indirectly from you (e.g., from observing your actions on our website); and from third-party business partners such as analytics providers and advertising networks.
Use of Personal Information
Business Purposes
We may use or disclose the personal information we collect for one or more of the following business purposes: to fulfill the reason for which the information is provided; to provide you with information, products, or services; to process payments; to provide customer support; to improve our website and enhance user experience; to personalize your website experience; to send periodic emails; to maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our website; and to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets.
Sales of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information as the term "sell" is traditionally understood. However, the CCPA defines "sell" broadly to include the transfer of personal information in exchange for "valuable consideration." In the past 12 months, we have shared identifiers and internet activity information with advertising partners in a way that may be considered a "sale" under CCPA. This information is used to deliver personalized advertisements to you.
